Orthopedic Insoles
An orthopedic insole, or plantar orthose, is a made-to-measure removable device placed in the shoe, which aims to correct the postural defects observed during a podological assessment.

What types of orthopedic insoles are there?
Thermoformed orthopedic insoles are very comfortable because they are molded directly from the patient’s foot.
These mechanical orthoses are in my opinion the best suited for athletes, and they are also very suitable for street shoes and pumps.
Proprioceptive insoles are very fine orthoses that act on the muscle chain.
All types of orthopedic insoles can be either full insoles or half insoles to best fit the space available in the different styles of shoes used.
